If you need to cancel your order, please contact our customer service number as soon as possible to prevent dispatch and receive a full refund. If the order has already been dispatched, we’ll need to wait until we receive it back from you to initiate the refund process. Once we have the order back, refunds for all unopened boxes (excluding postage and packaging) will be processed within 7-15 business days and credited to your account. If you cancel the order before dispatch, you’ll receive a full refund within 7-15 business days from the time of cancellation.

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days from the date the goods were received. The cancellation period will end after 14 days from the date you received the goods. To exercise your right to cancel, please inform us by contacting Vilsee (no) Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) and provide a clear statement of your decision to cancel this contract, whether through letter, fax, or email. You may also use the attached cancellation form, although it is not mandatory.
