Returns And Refunds

Thank you for choosing Vilsee Ltd and for the trust and loyalty you have placed in us. We are dedicated to providing you with the best service and ensuring your satisfaction with our premium health and wellness products. Should you need to return or exchange an item, please note the following important information.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days for a refund. Please send the items back to the address provided on the packing slip or dispatch note included with your order. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Please be aware that postage and packing fees are not refundable.

If you are returning an item(s) for an exchange, please note that the cost of sending the item back to us is your responsibility. However, if the item(s) is faulty due to an error on our part, we will provide you with the address where you should return the item. To return your goods, please use the following postal address:

If you need to return a product, please contact our Customer Service Team at (0208 159 8959)  (Monday to Friday between 9am and 6pm) or email (customercare@vilsee.co.uk) for instructions on returning the parcel. We recommend using recorded delivery for all returns. Please note that we must receive the parcel you have sent in order to process the refund. If we have not received the returned order, we cannot issue a refund.

Once we receive the unopened returned item(s), we will refund the relevant purchase price for that item. We will typically refund any payment received from you for the Products using the same payment method originally used by you. The refunded amount will be the product value, minus any applicable discount, which has been proportionately divided across the total value of your original order. Delivery charges are non-refundable. We aim to process the refund as promptly as possible, and in any case, within 30 days of receiving your cancellation or confirming via letter or email that you are entitled to a refund of the Product price.

If we send you products in exchange or as replacements for any reason, we acknowledge that you may incur an additional delivery charge for these items. As a gesture of goodwill, we will cover the standard delivery costs and pay on your behalf for any additional delivery charge imposed by Royal Mail or other delivery companies, even though we are not obligated to do so.
